Well, now I understand what a busy week with this wellness program is like! I have appointments to go to, am working full time, having dress rehearsals and a show for three nights, as well as the everyday things that need to be done at home. Whew! Through it all, we have been able to keep up with the planning and preparation of meals. This is great! It has shown me that no matter how busy I may be, I can always take time for me, and it is important that I do so! My coach has been watching me closely, and he has made adjustments to some of my supplements and water amounts, but I am still losing weight as well as feeling good and healthy. Johnny has been doing most of the cooking this week…thanks, honey!!! I have kept up the work of dishing out the liquid supplements, and helping with menus. It has worked out pretty good this way! Even though we are spending more money at the grocery store for meal items, we have realized that our food budget is down because we are not eating out any more. Johnny and I were amazed the other night that what we spent on several meats is what we would have typically spent on one meal at a restaurant. The thing is that we wouldn’t have even thought a thing about it either. I thought when we began this that there wouldn’t be enough to eat. WRONG!! There are some days that it is all I can do to be sure to eat as much as necessary for the program to work. WOW! Eating enough and still loosing weight. That’s a first for me! Speaking of weight…as of today, I have lost a total of 12.2 pounds. Twelve plus pounds of unhealthy, limiting my life, taking my joy, aching my bones, worthless pounds. Gone! I am blessed. Thank you, Lord! I can’t wait to see what the next few weeks will bring. I have reached some milestones already. I am able to bend over and tie my shoes without feeling as if I am going to pass out. I have tried on several lower size clothes, and they fit! They aren’t snug either. I mean they really fit! Lol! My rings are starting to spin on my fingers, and I have to switch to a different finger. I hope to be able to wear my original wedding ring set before this is done! That would be wonderful!! I would like to end by saying NEVER think it is too late to lose weight, because it isn’t. Realize that your life is worth every day that you can take, and it is so worth it. Be good to yourself and check it out. I highly recommend the Southern Indiana Wellness Weight Loss Program where they deal with getting you healthy first, and then deal with the weight. Jeremiah 29:11….”I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Indeed He does. -Kate Comments are closed.
